PpWhere passion meets opportunity /p pThe best of your adventures is the one you have yet to sail! /p h3Job Purpose /h3 pThe Casino VIP Services Consultant is responsible to develop and cultivate strategic relationships with VIP Casino clients, partners, Junket Representatives, through multi-platform marketing initiatives that drive MSC Cruises revenue and brand awareness. The role is aimed to promote MSC products, to provide an excellent service towards the customers, handling casino guests' requests at 360°, organizing their stay onboard (booking, post booking, info, complaints, communications). /p h3Key Accountabilities /h3 ul liAssist the casino guests in redeeming their rewards (discount/complimentary cruise), employing selling skills and efficiently promoting MSC Cruises products; /li liBe the main reference point for casino clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and to gain their loyalty; /li liInteract in an effective manner with a multicultural and particularly demanding clientele; /li liIdentify and acknowledge Casino players through the different programs/marketing campaigns; /li liMaximize sales opportunities increasing the number of bookings and contributing to the promotion and organization of Casino Group sailings and events; /li liMeet assigned annual sales quota and other relevant individual and departmental KPIs. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMinimum of +2 years of customer service experience /sales.
