This role evaluates brand positioning, drives communication strategies, identifies growth opportunities, and ensures the management and innovation of the product portfolio to support business development. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liPropose and implement the annual brand plan, aligning with marketing objectives and operational execution for Canvass (Pharmacy, Rx). /li liDevelop marketing strategies with a focus on franchising, brand equity, and brand architecture, assessing positioning, claims, target audiences, and communication channels. /li liAnalyze market trends, competition, and consumer insights to identify opportunities and recommend actions. /li liDefine and execute commercial and promotional strategies for managed brands at national and international levels. /li liDevelop and manage communication plans and materials (ADV, POS, media, HCPs), ensuring brand consistency. /li liSupport content and media planning, monitor advertising effectiveness, and propose corrective actions as needed. /li liCollaborate with Sales, Value Solution Excellence, and Medical Affairs departments to define communication models for Canvass. /li liSupport Field Force during area meetings to ensure alignment of brand strategies and marketing activities. /li liOversee marketing plan execution, track activities with suppliers and cross-functional teams, and ensure adherence to deadlines. /li liMonitor advertising and promotional materials’ impact and propose corrective measures to achieve objectives. /li liManage marketing budgets in line with approved plans and oversee internal approval processes, purchase requests, and contracts. /li liSupport interactions with Key Opinion Leaders and scientific associations, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and regulations. /li liIf applicable, supervise Junior Brand Managers, guiding them toward corporate and brand objectives. /li liCoordinate with Drug Safety for reporting suspected adverse reactions and ensure compliance with promotional material approval procedures. /li /ul h3Education Experience /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics or Scientific disciplines. /li liMinimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within pharmaceutical / life-science sectors. /li liExperience in healthcare, pharmaceutical companies, biologics, nutrition, or cosmetics is preferred. /li liPrevious exposure to international environments is a plus. /li /ul h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liFluent English. /li liProficient in Google Workspace and MS Office. /li liKnowledge of digital media strategy and planning. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
