With features like 3D graphics, augmented reality, and mobile support, our solutions help improve efficiency across various industries. /ppbrWe are looking for a highly motivated Software Sales Engineer to help expand the Emerson software business in the North-East (Triveneto) Italy area. In this role, you will focus on developing sales strategies and building strong relationships with potential and existing customers. Your work will involve identifying customer needs, meeting with key partners, and collaborating with engineering teams to create tailored solutions.brYou will have the opportunity to work with a variety of industries, including manufacturing, water treatment, automotive, transportation, life sciences, chemicals, and energy. As part of this dynamic role, you'll be responsible for introducing our powerful software solutions, including sophisticated systems for automation, control, and analysis.brYour efforts will not only drive the growth of the business but will also open doors for your professional development. /ppstrongIn This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: /strong /pulliAcquire knowledge of the Emerson Software portfolio through training, and effectively communicate to customers the value and return on investment offered by these products. /liliAct as a trusted advisor to customers bringing the latest digital technologies to help them grow and improve their businesses. /liliDrive sales opportunities to closure in order to meet new order and sales targets /liliCreatively expand the list of target accounts, also identifying new niches of growth, with entrepreneurship. /liliAccount planning and tactical execution. /liliInteracting with marketing, product managers, engineers, and supply chain to provide feedback on market, or customer, needs and dynamics. /liliSalesforce.com CRM based orders forecasting /liliTactical planning for commercial and marketing activities. /li /ulpstrongWho You Are: /strong /ppYou are excited to join a team of experts not afraid of technological challenges. /ppYou are curious to explore the systems, tools and solutions that Emerson makes available to you and our customers. /ppYou are aware of the opportunity to be an authority in our industry and to drive the digital transformation! /ppstrongFor This Role, You Will Need: /strong /pulliStudies in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related subject area /liliDemonstrated ability in an outside sales role, or a small business leadership role, preferably in industrial automation. /liliKnowledge of HMI, Supervisory Control, and/or Plant Analytic software /liliSolid understanding of automation systems for building automation, infrastructure, manufacturing, and/or machine automation.
