Lo scopra qui sotto.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial & Strategic AnalysisConduct comprehensive financial analysis including sector fundamentals, debt structure, profitability metrics, and corporate governance assessmentPerform advanced valuations using DCF, comparable multiples, and bespoke financial modelsAssess sustainable debt levels and optimal capital structure for restructuring scenariosLegal & Contractual ExpertiseAnalyze complex financing agreements and propose contractual modificationsDefine legal restructuring objectives and navigate evolving regulatory frameworksCalculate and declare claims across various product types, including structured instrumentsTransaction ExecutionDesign actionable restructuring plans balancing stakeholder constraints and financial objectivesCoordinate multi-party negotiations with debtors, creditors, and legal authoritiesOversee documentary execution and ensure compliance with agreed termsPresent cases to internal committees (Sensitive Assets, CRC/CRIG)Business Development & Relationship ManagementIdentify profitable advisory mandates and investment opportunitiesMaintain relationships with banking correspondents, brokers, and analystsServe as Coverage Officer (PCO/2CO/2AM) and Worldwide Relationship Manager (WRM) on assigned casesRequired QualificationsExperience & Technical SkillsMinimum 6/8 years of relevant experience in restructuring, special situations, credit analysis, or investment bankingAdvanced financial modeling and valuation expertise (DCF, LBO, credit models)Strong understanding of investment xrdztoy banking products: corporate finance, structured financing, export finance, and capital marketsProven track record in due diligence and complex financial analysisPersonal AttributesExceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesHighly organized with excellent time management skillsAbility to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environmentsSolution-oriented mindset with demonstrated value creationStrong written and verbal communication skillsFluency in English required; French is a strongplusAdditional InformationOpportunity to work on high-profile, complex restructuring mandatesCollaborative environment with exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional teams
