Scope of Responsibilities:
* Assist the Director of Competition Law in designing, implementing, and managing Accenture's global competition law program, covering areas such as teaming arrangements, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, employment, procurement, and data management.
* Serve as a legal subject matter expert on competition laws by providing compliance advice, designing tools and policies, and developing training programs.
* Work with Legal M&A colleagues to identify and mitigate antitrust issues, coordinate merger control filings worldwide, and respond to government inquiries.
