We act as a Business Partner in Search and Selection, through our specialized units: - Companies - HR, Finance & Accountancy - Technical & Engineering - Sales & Marketing / Supply Chain - IT & Digital - Professional firms Posizione: A renowned international Group in the FOOD industry is looking for a SALES DIRECTOR for its Italian headquarter, based in Emilia-Romagna The Sales Director reports directly to the Top Management. Requisiti: Main Activities_:_ - Business development: deliver an ambitious plan in terms of Sales Revenue & Profit & Loss - Key Accounts management: develop relationships with large end-user chains and support with the management of key dealers - Sales management: lead the sales team, helping them to grow in terms of skills & performance - Network building: develop a network and provide market intelligence about competitors, trends etc Additional Activities: - Create and manage the Distribution strategy & Sales Policy within Italy, implementing and controlling local Trading Terms policy and controlling margins - Create and implement a Marketing strategy and action plan for Italy together with the Head Office - Create a Yearly Budget & Action plan, with monthly reviews - HR Management of the Sales Team (Salary, Bonus and Expenses, Hire & Fire) - After Sales Service support _ Degree: _Graduate _ Languages: _Must be fluent in English for regular interactions with the Head Office. Other European languages are considered a plus _ IT:_ Strong understanding of the most common Office software and reporting tools (e.g. Excel) _ Attitude and soft skills: _We are looking for a person who fully masters the principal sales and marketing disciplines. They have a good understanding and a strong practice of operational strategy in sales & marketing and advanced numeracy skills. Working in a worldwide group they need to be able to communicate clearly within an international structure and to have a good command of business concepts using a clear and simple language. Excellent interpersonal skills are required, combined with the ability to provide performance-driven leadership to a medium size organization.
