WE ARE LOOKING FOR A MARKETING & SALES EXECUTIVE FOR OUR 5-STAR BOUTIQUE HOTEL AND OUR MAISON

Main responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies for our 5* Boutique Hotel and our Maisons – exclusive private villas – in line with the brand positioning;
Manage and develop relationships with business partners, tour operators, travel agencies, and corporate clients;
Monitor sales performance, analyze KPIs, and propose corrective actions to achieve objectives;
Manage the online presence of the structure and the Maisons;
Coordinate promotional activities, advertising campaigns and special initiatives;
Collaborate with operations departments to ensure consistency between commercial strategy and guest experience;
Professionally manage special requests, commercial negotiations, and agreements, always ensuring compliance with the facility's quality standards;
Contribute to the growth and strengthening of the brand's image on the national and international market;
Developing your professional network through participation in trade fairs and industry events.
Requirements
Previous experience in a Marketing & Sales role in luxury hotels, 5-star properties, or high-end brands;
Excellent knowledge of digital marketing strategies and main sales channels;
Strong analytical, organizational and planning skills;
Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills;
Strong orientation towards results and achieving objectives;
Excellent knowledge of the English language;
Problem-solving attitude, flexibility and ability to work in a team;
Passion for the luxury hospitality industry and attention to detail.
What we offer
Employment contract commensurate with experience, with a net monthly salary range of €2,000 – €2,200.
