Role Purpose:
The customer management team has the target to meet performances, costs and timing of the integration of our engines on our customer's vehicles
Key Responsibilities
* Be the point of reference for the customer on non purely commercial aspects.
* Support sales activities, bringing the voice of the customer and their particular needs.
* Collect issues to be discussed / solved with the engine platform team, driving priorities and ensuring client satisfaction.
* Agree and manage the program planning with the customer pulling the FPT platforms for deadlines and timely completion of platform evaluations.
* Collect client feedback about FPT product and development process and share within FPT organization (e.g. marketing, ...)
* Sponsor pivot (off the shelf) products for configuration of best pivot solutions for client needs.
* Coordinate with regional customer management to capture synergies with other regions and make sure regional customer's technical needs are implemented in the global platform.

Salary Range for this role:
* 40k-60k
