The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and troubleshooting our product to resolve our customers' technical issues. You will support the customer by acting as the liaison between the customer and other internal teams. Your ability to work in complex networking environment will also make you an ideal candidate. Manage the team to achieve the assigned results through the analysis of the offers made and their status, as well as a continuous analysis of the follow-ups Deploy and test the Customer Value Matrix application Comply, in collaboration with the quality department, with export control and dual use regulations Check the customer's solvency status Create and deploy a medium-long term business strategy Take care of creating commercial offers within the limits of the proxies granted Forward sales negotiations in compliance with company directives Consolidate business relationships with existing customers by providing technical-commercial support Profile potential contacts (leads) for possible promotion to prospects Constantly update the CRM Prepare reports and sales statistics on a well-defined range of customers and then start activities, for example: recovering customers who have stopped buying, increasing customer loyalty below a defined turnover value Manage the distributor channel Reports Analyze the feasibility of the market solutions Qualifications
EDUCATION: economics degree or economics diploma; technical degree or Technical diploma (electronic is a plus) LANGUAGE SKILLS: Good knowledge of English INFORMATICS SKILLS: office and CRM EXPERIENCE: +5 years in ATEX sector Soft Skills
