**Senior Procurement Leader**
- This role is responsible for leading the procurement function to drive strategic sourcing, cost reduction, and process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with business objectives.
- Manage relationships with suppliers to secure favorable terms and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Oversee the entire procurement lifecycle, from RFQ to PPAP, including price negotiations and purchase order management.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure effective communication and alignment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field.
- ~7–10 years of experience in Procurement, managing ~70K€ supplier contracts.
- Proven finished good procurement experience within the automotive aftermarket industry.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret large data sets and support data-driven decisions.
