Experteer Overview

In this role you will expand Tufin’s footprint in Italy by managing existing accounts and pursuing new logo opportunities. You will act as a trusted advisor on network security policy management and automation, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to tailor solutions. You’ll lead complex conversations with C‑level and security teams, shaping proposals and closing deals that deliver measurable value. This is a chance to influence regional growth while representing Tufin at industry events and collaborating across product and support teams. You will work in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment that rewards strategic thinking and strong execution.


Retribuzione / Benefits

* Manage and grow regional accounts, build long‑term relationships, and act as trusted advisor on security policy management and automation.
* Identify and close new logo opportunities; develop and execute a territory plan to meet or exceed sales targets.
* Lead consultative selling with C‑level and security teams, presenting Tufin solutions to address security challenges.
* Collaborate with pre‑sales and technical teams to design tailored solutions and craft aligned proposals.
* Manage sales cycles end‑to‑end, including negotiations, contracts, and renewals.
* Drive customer success and retention through effective implementation and adoption of Tufin products.
* Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, marketing, and support teams to uncover growth opportunities.
* Stay informed on regional cybersecurity trends and regulations; represent the company at events and forums.


Responsabilità

* 5+ years in new logo sales or account management, ideally in cybersecurity or network security; proven Mid‑Market/Enterprise success.
* Strong knowledge of network security, firewall management, cloud security, and security policy automation.
* Experience managing full sales cycles, including negotiations and closing strategies.
* Understanding of regional cybersecurity regulations and market dynamics.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder influence at senior levels.
* Fluency in Italian (native or business fluent) and English; additional languages a plus.
* Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
