Overview
Sr. Account Manager - Hospital & Ambulatory Monitoring — Developing and executing strategic account plans for complex accounts in the district (North-East Italy) to drive significant sales growth, profitability, and customer loyalty. This role focuses on understanding each customer’s business needs and delivering tailored value propositions within our H&AM (Hospital & Ambulatory Monitoring) solutions, acting as the orchestrator of partnerships with assigned accounts.
Responsibilities
* Build trusted, senior-level partnerships with a limited number of key accounts in the district, aligning solutions with customer objectives.
* Lead cross-functional collaboration with marketing, services, and supply chain teams to deliver tailored, innovative solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.
* Manage high-value negotiations and secure strategic agreements that support sustainable growth.
* Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, informing strategic planning.
* Ensure compliance with business processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
* Deliver compelling presentations to senior audiences, clearly articulating value propositions.
* Play a key role in transformative projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, enriching customer experience, and achieving favorable business outcomes.
Qualifications
* Master or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Engineering, or equivalent.
* 7–10 years of proven experience in a sales or account management role within the healthcare or medical devices industry, preferably in monitoring solutions or healthcare informatics.
* Ability to independently manage local accounts, coordinate necessary actions, and ensure timely achievement of results.
* Solid expertise in relevant marketing and sales strategies.
* Strong knowledge of logistics and process management.
* Basic financial understanding.
* Capable of conducting independent negotiations with customers, aligning with established guidelines and sales plans.
* Experience delivering presentations at an account management level.
* Frequent interaction with customers and/or cross-functional teams, including collaboration with other company divisions or units.
* Fluency in English and Italian (local language required).
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations, so we expect in-person activities either at customer locations or in the office at least 3 days a week.
