Ph3Position Overview /h3 pWe’re looking for a strategic and detail-oriented bProduct Manager - Lighting /b to lead the vision, development, and launch of key product lines. This role requires a strong mix of technical understanding, customer focus, and cross‑functional collaboration—especially when it comes to managing product documentation and working closely with the marketing team to deliver exceptional product launches. This role will report to Claypaky Product Portfolio Manager. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liOwn the full product lifecycle—from concept and development through launch and end‑of‑life—for assigned lighting products /li liDefine the product vision, roadmap, and strategy aligned with business objectives and market needs /li liConduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer pain points /li liCreate, manage, and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including specifications, data sheets, manuals, and training materials /li liWork closely with the marketing team to coordinate go‑to‑market strategies, ensuring timely, well‑branded, and effective product launches /li liPartner with engineering, sales, and operations to bring products to market on schedule and within budget /li liCollect customer and stakeholder feedback to inform ongoing product improvements and updates /li liSupport internal teams with product knowledge and documentation for sales training and customer support /li liMonitor and report on product performance and market feedback post‑launch /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Industrial Design, or a related field (MBA a plus) /li li6+ years of product management experience, ideally within lighting, electronics, or a related field /li liSolid understanding of lighting technologies (LED, controls, smart lighting protocols such as DALI, Zigbee, Bluetooth Mesh, DMX, ARTNET, etc.) /li liStrong experience developing and managing product documentation to support both internal and external stakeholders /li liProven track record of successful product launches in collaboration with marketing and cross‑functional teams /li liExcellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills /li liProficiency with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar /li liKnowledge of Agile development methodologies is a plus /li liWillingness and ability to travel internationally up to 20% for partner meetings, customer visits, and key industry events /li /ul h3Seniority Level /h3 pMid‑Senior level /p h3Employment Type /h3 pFull‑time /p h3Job Function /h3 pProduct Management and Marketing /p h3Industries /h3 pAppliances, Electrical, and Electronics Manufacturing /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
