Ph3Account Manager - Trieste /h3 pDeliveroo is looking for an Account Manager based in Trieste (or one of the closest cities). The role reports directly to the Regional Manager and is a key opportunity to join the Italian Commercial team. /p h3About the Team /h3 pItaly is a key focus territory for Deliveroo, at the forefront of strategic, commercial and operational innovation. Teams partner closely with global functions such as product, technology and consumer to deliver results for customers. /p h3The Role /h3 pYou will build relationships with restaurant partners in your area, improve our proposition for customers and identify ways to continue fast growth. The role requires relationship‑building, data insight and a commercial mindset. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liBe the local expert for your city – know the restaurant industry inside and out and be the face of Deliveroo in the area. /li liDraw insights from data to improve the customer proposition neighbourhood by neighbourhood. /li liAccount manage top restaurant partners, lead negotiations and optimise partner performance for growth. /li liWork with local account managers to grow local hero brands. /li liIdentify, sign up new and top local favourites and set them up for success. /li liMap out the local sales strategy, identifying the most important value proposition gaps to close and focus areas. /li liUnderstand and improve our customer offering in the area through local knowledge, optimise restaurant operations and contribute to the area strategy plan with the Regional Manager and operations teams. /li liMaximise the potential of marketing opportunities in the area by encouraging restaurant participation. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li3‑4 years proven experience in account/relationship management, sales or strategy roles. /li liResults‑oriented and target‑driven. /li liComfortable using data on restaurant partners and city performance to identify improvement areas. /li liField‑based (2‑3 days per week) with a mix of office/home working. /li liStrong relationship‑building and communication skills – face‑to‑face, phone or email. /li /ul h3Why Deliveroo? /h3 pOur mission is to transform the way people shop and eat, bringing the neighbourhood to your door by connecting consumers, restaurants, shops and riders.
