PpEmployerland, on behalf of a luxury 5‑star hotel in Cortina d'Ampezzo, is looking for an Accounting Specialist. /p h3Job Description /h3 pOur Accounting Specialist is essential member of the Administration Department, responsible for supporting the accurate and timely management of financial transactions and records. Reporting to the Finance Director and General Manager, this role ensures that all accounting procedures comply with internal policies and statutory regulations, contributing to the financial integrity and smooth operation of the hotel. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liProcess and record day‑to‑day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, invoices, expense reports, and bank statements. /li liReconcile ledgers, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely payments and collections. /li liSupport the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual closings. /li liAssist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts. /li liMaintain accurate and organized financial documentation and digital records. /li liEnsure compliance with Italian accounting standards, tax laws, and internal control procedures. /li liCollaborate with external consultants, auditors, and tax advisors when required. /li liMonitor and report on cash flow, outstanding balances, and vendor accounts. /li liSupport the Finance Director and the General Manager in cost tracking, inventory accounting, and departmental budget follow‑up. /li liContribute to the continuous improvement of administrative and financial processes. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul libDegree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field. /b /li liProven experience (at least 2 years) in a similar accounting role, preferably in the hospitality or service industry. /li liSolid understanding of accounting principles and Italian tax regulations. /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with accounting software (e.g., Zucchetti, Oracle, SAP, or similar) is an advantage. /li liStrong attention to detail and accuracy. /li liExcellent organizational and time‑management skills. /li liAbility to work independently as well as part of a team. /li liIntegrity, confidentiality, and a problem‑solving mindset. /li liFluency in Italian and English (spoken and written). /li libLegal right to work in Italy. /b /li /ul pThe selection will take place after reading the information notice according to Art. 13 EU Reg. 679 / 2016.
