Delabie is seeking a highly skilled Business Developer to launch its Italian subsidiary. The successful candidate will work in two phases: an initial integration period within the Marketing Department at the company's headquarters, followed by a permanent role based in the Milan area.
Key Responsibilities:
* IDentify and develop a network of specifiers.
* Sell technical solutions to key decision-makers in public and commercial building projects (ERP), including architects, engineering firms, healthcare institutions, maintenance services, and installers.
* Manage major construction projects, following them through all stages from design to completion.
You'll receive comprehensive training from the start and throughout your career, helping you develop strong expertise in your field. You'll be part of a dynamic and supportive team, working closely with the Area Manager for Italy and the Marketing Department.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in international business, with a flair for marketing, technical awareness, and a taste for challenges. Proficiency in spoken and written Italian (native level), as well as English and/or French, is essential. Strong client orientation, autonomy, active listening, curiosity, and ambition to build a solid foundation are also required.
