The Role
As a QSR Lead at Deliveroo, you will manage and grow relationships with top QSR partners. You will work closely with your portfolio to understand their needs, develop tailored solutions, and drive revenue growth, leading a team of Enterprise Account Managers.
You will be responsible for:
* Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with enterprise-level restaurant partners.
* Understanding partners' business goals and challenges to provide strategic guidance.
* Analyzing data to drive growth and profitability for partners and Deliveroo.
* Collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement customized solutions, including Marketing, Operations, Customer Service.
* Driving revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new opportunities.
* Acting as the main contact for partners, addressing issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements
* Proven experience in account management or business development.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to understand and articulate complex business challenges and develop tailored solutions.
* Fluency in English.
