We are looking for an Italy E‐Commerce Marketplace Specialist to join our Italy E‐Commerce Team. We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of how B2C marketplaces operate, including commercial dynamics, financial levers, catalog management, assortment strategy and operational flows across major platforms such as Amazon and eBay.
What you will do
Operational management of marketplaces in a 3P model (Amazon, eBay, etc.)
Monitoring sales performance, profitability and channel contribution through P&L analysis; managing RRP/RRPP, promotional initiatives and visibility plans with Digital Marketing and Marketing teams
KPI analysis and preparation of weekly/monthly reports for Manager and Leadership
Product catalog optimization: product pages, content, images, attributes, assortment and virtual bundles
Coordination with Demand Planning to ensure stock availability and warehouse alignment
Support for B2C logistics flows (returns, claims, operational performance)
Sales planning, demand forecasting and budget monitoring
Cross‐functional collaboration with Marketing, Logistics, IT, Finance and other functions
Relationship management with external partners (marketplace integrators, agencies, tech providers)
What you bring
At least 2/3 years of professional experience in similar roles
Strong understanding of e‐commerce and marketplace logic, including pricing, operational flows, stock/ordering processes and 3P models
Ability to work with key systems/tools (marketplace integrators, ERP/SAP, pricing tools, stock management)
Excellent command of Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to read and analyze P&L and e‐commerce KPIs
Strong analytical mindset, organizational skills and communication abilities
Hands‐on problem‐solving attitude and familiarity with daily operational processes
