Location: Macerata, Italy
We are seeking a technical sales consultant reporting directly to the Commercial Manager of the engineering area. The successful candidate will develop, expand, and consolidate the client portfolio, including SMEs and public administrations, ensuring targets for volume, revenue, and margin are achieved.
Responsibilities include:
1. Managing and increasing sales;
2. Creating new development opportunities, identifying priorities, and designing product positioning strategies;
3. Collaborating with marketing to develop a suitable business development plan;
4. Representing the primary client interface during offers, negotiations, and contract finalizations.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in sales practices;
* Knowledge of relations with public administration;
* Understanding of renewable energy sources and energy efficiency markets;
* Deep knowledge of sales dynamics;
Working areas include: Central-Northern Italy (focus on Northern Tuscany, Levante Liguria, Basso Bolognese).
* Strong communication and relational skills, with the ability to create and maintain solid relationships.
The role is primarily remote, with weekly or bi-weekly meetings at the company's headquarters in Rome to ensure coordination with the team and management. Regular short trips to Rome are required.
