You are the first and last point of contact for guests in our hotel, and your position is correspondingly important. As a front office employee you are responsible for the cordial check-in and check-out of our guests and inspire them with your open character. Your workplace is located in our newly designed, light-flooded lobby. It is a fusion between bar and reception where our guests are the centre of attention. Guest service is also your first priority: a friendly greeting comes just as easily to you as an exciting description of an excursion. An honest enquiry about the well-being of our families is a matter of course for you, as is the quick resolution of any complaints.
