Ecommerce – Parts & Vehicles Matching Manager
to own and drive the Parts product data and catalog strategy across e‐commerce and marketplace channels.In this role, you will ensure that
parts are accurately matched to vehicles
, product catalogs are complete and scalable, and data is commercially usable across all digital touchpoints. Sitting at the intersection of
business, product data and technology
, you will play a key role in improving customer experience, conversion and operational efficiency.WHAT YOU WILL DOIn this role, you will:Act as
business owner of parts product catalogs
, covering accessories, service contracts and vehicle compatibility data.Define and maintain the
global catalog structure
, category models and attribute standards.Ensure strong alignment with
commercial objectives and customer journeys
across D2C, marketplaces and other digital channels.Own and supervise
vehicle applicability and product logic
, ensuring correct vehicle‐to‐product matching, compatibility rules and validation processes.Coordinate with Engineering, Aftersales and Brand teams to manage
product–vehicle mappings
and logic updates.Define and enforce
product data governance standards
, including naming conventions, classifications and quality rules.Lead, coach and support the
Product Data Specialists team
, setting priorities, workflows and delivery expectations.Review data quality outputs and transformation logic, driving continuous improvement of data accuracy and usability.Act as the main interface between
e‐commerce operations, IT/data engineering, category management and marketplace partners
, translating business needs into clear catalog and data requirements.WHO YOU AREYou are a structured and business‐oriented professional who enjoys managing complex data ecosystems. You bring:6–10 years of experience
in Product Information Management, Catalog Management or e‐Commerce Data roles.Strong exposure to
vehicle applicability / fitment logic
and complex product‐to‐vehicle relationships.Experience managing or leading
product data or content teams
.Solid understanding of
PIM/MDM systems
and data modeling principles.Strong ownership mindset, decision‐making capability and attention to detail.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in
cross‐functional environments
.Fluent
