We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Assistant Marketing Director to support daily operations across brand, PR and digital activities.
The role sits at the intersection of the creative team—responsible for producing marketing assets—and senior coordination, working closely with leadership on relationship management and project oversight. The ideal candidate is extroverted, detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable managing both creative workflows and organizational priorities. Support and assistance to the RE branding and Marketing director · Coordinate communication between brand, developers, and external partners · Manage marketing contracts and related documentation · Oversee development of marketing assets, ensuring timelines, approvals, and quality standards are met · Support creation of marketing materials using Adobe tools · Update and manage website content (projects, press releases, journal articles) · Write content for website, newsletters, and marketing materials · Plan, structure, and manage newsletters · Create commercial presentations · Assist in event planning and organization · Manage and update social media channels (Instagram and LinkedIn) Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) · Good knowledge of Microsoft Office · Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools · Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in italian and english · Knowledge of spanish is considered as a plus · Familiarity with WordPress and MailerLite is a plus A young, creative and collaborative work environment. · Flexibility in working hours and the option for remote work Apply online If your profile matches our search, you will be contacted by our HR team for a first exploratory interview.
