Job Description**
What will you take care of?**

As Retail Marketing Manager you will be responsible for the following:

- Developing and implementing Sales & Marketing Plan activities adapted to local country/customer needs based on BU strategy and marketing concepts.
- Leading and steering business activities (e.g. product mix, distribution and listings extension).

In details your daily tasks will be:

- Be responsible for target achievement tracking and KPI steering
- Developing 3-years country/customer Sales & Marketing Strategy as part of cross BU CSO Strategy
- Set up and implementation of annual Business Plan in order to reach defined targets (e.g launches, distribution, promos) incl. tracking
- Management of product portfolio and promotional activities
- Collaboration with sales team
- C-budget steering for defined area of responsibility
- Turnover forecast and product volume planning incl. alignment
- Responsible to implement pricing strategy (harmonization, OIC rules)
- Providing local input and participation in cross-functional teams

**Qualifications**:
What distinguishes you?
- High affinity and know-how regarding B2B Power Tools business processes
- Very good understanding of buying decisions in PT retail channels
- Good know-how of digital requirements for future B2B transactions
- Operational experience in marketing and demonstration of strategic outlook
- Experience in operative Marketing and Sales
- Excellent analytical & communication skills
- Ability to prioritize projects and to work in a team
- Very high level of customer, result and future-oriented thinking
- Proactive work ethic, ability to deliver results and to meet challenging deadlines
- High level of creativity and concepts implementation skills
- Strong English knowledge
