Join us in redefining the boundaries of what’s possible. /p h3Your role /h3 pAs an E-commerce Business Insight Manager, you will play a key role in enabling data-driven decision making across the e-commerce organization. The role sits at the intersection of bbusiness analysis and performance-driven site merchandising /b, with a strong focus on bproduct performance, on‑site optimization, and commercial impact /b. You will translate data into actionable insights to improve conversion, revenue, and customer experience, working closely with eCommerce managers, Marketing, and Product teams. /p pThe role also includes an active contribution to the budgeting and forecasting process, supporting planning, forecasting, and topline reviews. /p pA strong focus of the role is product and merchandising performance analysis. You will conduct in‑depth analyses on product performance, including bestsellers, discounted and promotional products, and assess their impact on key commercial KPIs. /p pWorking closely with D2C Merchandising, you will evaluate and quantify the business impact of product‑related initiatives such as assortment changes, promotional strategies, and product visibility rules. /p pYou will contribute to the definition, optimization, and monitoring of on‑site sorting and ranking strategies, leveraging tools such as Algolia. This includes managing the site merchandising and product roadmap, as well as designing and analyzing tests and projects aimed at maximizing the commercial impact of site merchandising actions. /p pThe role requires close collaboration with the planning team, ensuring alignment between merchandising strategies, product availability, stock levels, and promotional calendars. You will support checks on stock availability during key trading periods and promotional activities to maximize sell‑through and minimize missed opportunities. /p pYou will thrive in this role if you enjoy working with data and partnering with stakeholders to answer “why” questions and drive measurable business results in a fast‑paced, international environment. /p h3Main responsibilities /h3 ul liDeliver bdaily and weekly reporting and performance analysis /b, producing insightful and actionable outputs for the E-commerce team and top management, using data from multiple sources and tools; /li liPerform bad hoc analyses and data‑driven deep dives /b on business topics, issues, and strategic questions to support the growth of the online business; /li liPrepare and contribute to bweekly and monthly business reviews /b, as well as budgeting and planning sessions with top management and the finance team; /li liSupport bbudgeting, forecasting, and topline planning /b, monitoring performance versus targets and identifying risks and opportunities; /li liPartner with bregional E-commerce Managers /b to analyze KPIs across the full e-commerce funnel (traffic, UVs, CTR, CR, AOV, AUR, revenues, orders), identifying optimization levers; /li liConduct bproduct and merchandising performance analyses /b, with a focus on bestsellers, discounted and promotional products, aimed at maximizing conversion, revenues, and margins; /li liCollaborate closely with bD2C Merchandising teams /b to define, measure, and evaluate the business impact of product‑related actions on commercial KPIs; /li liDefine, optimize, and monitor bon‑site sorting and ranking strategies /b using tools such as Algolia, improving product discoverability and commercial performance; /li liManage the bsite merchandising and product roadmap /b, coordinating projects and A/B tests to maximize the impact of merchandising initiatives; /li liWork cross‑functionally with bplanning team /b to ensure alignment between merchandising strategies, stock availability, promotional calendars, and key trading moments. /li /ul h3Main requirements /h3 ul liMsc’ in Business Administration, Finance or similar fields /li liAt least 5 year of experience in similar roles or Finance/ Controlling team within complex organizations /li liStrong proficiency in data analysis tools, especially advanced MS Excel (Power BI knowledge is a plus); /li liProven ability to analyze large and complex datasets, identifying trends, customer behaviors, and commercial opportunities; /li liSolid understanding of business dynamics and KPIs, with the ability to align business strategy with operational execution; /li liAbility to translate data into clear, actionable insights for non‑technical stakeholders; /li liStrong cross‑functional collaboration skills, working effectively with product, marketing, IT, operations, and finance teams; /li liStructured and analytical mindset, with strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail; /li /ul h3Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitment /h3 pWe are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
