For our Dairy Marketing Team in Milan we are looking as of now for a Junior Brand Manager.
You’ll collaborate with several company’s departments (Trade Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain and Finance) to develop your analytical skills and to discover competitive dynamics of the market.
In details, you’ll support the Marketing Team in the following activities
Carry out critical analysis in order to understand the consumers’ and shoppers behaviors as well as business performance (consumer insights, sell-in, sell-out, market share, competition analysis)
Participate in brief and coordination with media and creative agencies to bring to live brand growth activations moments through the year
Coordinate cross-functional cooperation for achieving targets set for the brand
Innovation manage current portfolio to guarantee a high performance, new product development assessing market needs.
Control over marketing budget for brand, ensuring its efficient utilization
Master’s degree in Marketing, Economics or Management;
Flexible and Proactive attitude, able to cope with a fast-changing environment;
Passion for Marketing ;
Excel and Power Point knowledge;
Fluent in English.
