The company designs and manufactures automatic packaging machines for various sectors. - We have been fully entrusted to search the: Area Sales Manager - Rif. H23753 Location: Bologna Il Ruolo: Implement sales strategies and manage sales processes to consolidate and develop business results by achieving assigned budgeted goals; - Manage current customers and develop new ones, supporting the implementation of marketing plans; - Collaborating with the technical department to evaluate client requirements, the individual will manage technical negotiations and prepare commercial offers aligned with company capabilities; - Coordinate the agents in the area, dealing directly with customers. If required, they will also support agents in standard proposals. I Requisiti: - 10 years of relevant experience in a commercial role within automatic machinery companies; - Master’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent; - Good understanding of the English language, both written and oral, knowledge of French will be considered a plus; - Availability to travel (50% of working time): global exposure in international markets will be required; - Strong negotiation abilities in managing complex selling processes, personal drive, and result-oriented, successful customer-centric approach complete the ideal profile; - Effective communication skills to easily build trust towards colleagues and stakeholders.
