Requirements:
Bachelor's or master's degree in business, electrical, power, or related fields
Good understanding of the distribution PV market
3+ years of B2B sales experience in PV or renewable energy industry
Experience working for multinational companies, with a global mindset
Proven track record of successfully executing sales targets in previous roles
PV technical background is a plus
Positive, self-driven, diligent, with a can-do attitude and team spirit
Strong negotiation and communication skills, capable of influencing different customer levels from procurement to C-suite
A fast learner with street-smart skills
Other Requirements:
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and the local language
Ability to travel regularly and/or abroad at short notice
