Our client is an international company with a 30+ year experience in electronics environment. We are looking for a new Sales Specialist (M/F). She/He will be a key interface between customers & operations to define sales forecast demand. Mix of data analysis, sales excellence, support, admin, compliance, customer reporting.
Skills required:
- Recognized for your exceptional relationship management and interpersonal skills (both internal & customer channels), you are someone that builds highly effective relationships with people across all levels
- A sound digital background, able to crunch numbers and comfortable dealing with CRM tools - ideally Salesforce
- Someone who encourages meaningful change, you'll be used to supporting sales teams on how to use CRM tools effectively & understand the value of how the data will support business decisions
- At least three years' professional experience in sales operations, sales excellence or commercial excellence
- Knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain and working with tangible products is important
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office suite of tools especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred
- Highly competent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of technology solutions such as BI, CRM, Marketing Automation solutions
Key tasks and responsibilities:
In this role, you will perform data analytics to provide meaningful insights to improve marketing pipeline, recommend sales excellence activities & increase sales potential across multiple markets for the team. Key responsibilities of the role are:
- Extract and deliver meaningful data insights – identify, recommend & define market opportunities to support the sales team
- Encourage the adoption of Salesforce CRM – support the sales team to utilize the CRM tool in the right way & understand the value behind the data analytics
- Be the key interface between customers (alongside the sales team) & the operations team to define sales forecast numbers and future demand
- Contribute to recurring business reviews regarding overall sales performance, growth initiatives, identifying market opportunities in collaboration with Marketing and Product Management teams
- Be creative & proactive in sharing your ideas and supporting new sales excellence initiatives
- Be accountable for completing a range of essential key administrative tasks, including documentation, compliance, reporting for customers and sales support
- Develop excellent relationships with the global sales team, cross functional teams and customers
