The Role
We are looking for an ambitious, analytical and strategically minded Product Manager, ready to act as a true brand entrepreneur.
This is not an execution-only role. This is for someone who can:
Think strategically and translate vision into action

Influence and inspire stakeholders (retailers, sales force, agents, internal teams)
Confidently interact with International Marketing
Drive performance with strong focus on targets and results
Put the consumer at the center of every decision
You will report to the Brand Manager and play a key role in driving brand equity and business growth in the Italian market.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Business Ownership
• Develop and execute the local product strategy in line with global guidelines and market opportunities
• Analyze market data, competitors and consumer trends to identify growth drivers
• Monitor A&P investments and optimize ROI
• Own sell-in and sell-out performance with monthly tracking
Launch & Go-to-Market Excellence
• Lead product launches and animations end-to-end
• Build strong go-to-market plans in collaboration with Sales, Retail and Marketing team
• Manage forecasts (launches, promotions, POSM, testers) in close cooperation with Commercial
• Ensure qualitative and quantitative post-launch analysis
Stakeholder Leadership
• Act as the brand reference point for Sales, Retailers and Agents
• Prepare and deliver impactful marketing presentations at sales meetings
• Interface effectively with EMEA/International teams
• Federate cross-functional teams around brand objectives
Performance & Analytics
• Deep analysis of sell-in and sell-out performance
• Monitor quotas (samples, testers, POS materials) to minimize financial risk
• Make data-driven decisions to maximize brand performance

Who You Are
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar Product Management role within a multinational beauty company (premium/luxury preferred)
• Strong analytical mindset and excellent command of Excel
• Strategic thinker with entrepreneurial spirit
• Results-driven and target-oriented
• Consumer-obsessed
• Confident communicator with strong personal standing
• Comfortable interacting with international stakeholders (fluent English required)
• Digitally savvy
• Highly organized, autonomous and precise
