Amazon Publisher Monetization Device advertising team is responsible for developing and delivering a suite of demand products that enable advertisers to buy media across our networks of publishers and devices. As our business expands, we are introducing new ad capabilities, inventory supply, and measurement technologies that span multiple teams within Amazon.
We are seeking a Principal Tech Business Developer to drive the launch and growth of our key advertising initiatives. This is a unique opportunity for someone interested in working in an entrepreneurial environment within a large company where teams experiment, fail fast, learn, and scale rapidly.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a business plan focused on demand generation and adoption strategies, working closely with key stakeholders across business teams.
Identify and implement innovative strategies to drive business growth, efficiency, and scale within the device display advertising business.
Define business goals based on market segmentation and customer insights.
Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, program, and engineering teams to address customer needs and achieve revenue targets.
Lead the day‐to‐day health of the business, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with strategic objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with senior leadership to drive business growth and optimization.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to refine and enhance products/services based on market feedback.
Set mechanisms to track adoption goals and efficient sales motions to achieve desired outcomes.
Prepare and present monthly business reviews on roadmap updates, strategic business inputs, output metrics, adoption goals, and financial performance.
Define and analyze key business metrics to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree.
7+ years of professional or military experience.
7+ years of developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements.
Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
Experience in Go‐To‐Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience as a founder or executive focused on related segments, or as a practice leader or business unit owner.
Experience selling to Fortune 1000 or Global 2000 organizations.

The base salary range for this position is $176,100 – $238,200 annually. Your Amazon package will include sign‐on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs).
