Your principal responsibility is to build and maintain influential relationships with customers, suppliers and Richardson RFPD partners, creating demand for Richardson RFPD products. You will be responsible for accounts in Italy.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain influential relationships with customers, suppliers and Richardson RFPD partners to create demand for Richardson RFPD products.Manage accounts in Italy and support customers' development engineers in selecting the right technologies and components for their next design.Work on multiple development projects with customers; as a technical expert, prepare and conduct training sessions and technical meetings with customers and suppliers.Influence the technical direction and priorities in customer projects based on Richardson's design strategy, supplier input, and market conditions.Attend supplier training events to stay up to date on product technologies and road maps.Manage designs from conception to production, providing sales support including customer visits, supplier visits and engineering services.Maintain and grow the customer database and defined vertical market applications.Provide reports and market knowledge of territory and growth plans.Qualifications8 years of related experience, ideally with a distribution background in the defined territory as a Field Sales Engineer.Excellent communication skills and customer orientation.Ability to negotiate and build relationships at all levels of customers and suppliers.Fluent Italian and English (at least level B2) is required to succeed.Driver's license.University degree in electronics or related subject is a plus.What is in it for youPermanent contract of employment.Company car.Hybrid working model.Opportunity to work with a wide spectrum of companies and technologies that drive innovation.Real opportunities to grow within a global, multicultural environment.Comprehensive training in the newest technologies in the electronics industry.Equal Opportunity / AccessibilityArrow is an equal opportunity employer.
