Company Description
Oricalco is a clarity practice that works upstream, before strategy turns into momentum. It helps individuals, teams, and organizations understand what is structurally true in a situation, what paths are viable, and what each one demands before commitment hardens into costly error. Its core instrument, the Clarity Report, makes the terrain readable so decisions come from coherence rather than pressure, fog, or assumption. From there, Oricalco can design the structures that help clarity hold over time through work such as Myth Architecture, AI Decision Clarity, and AI Persona Design.
Role Description
I’m looking for a Commercial Partner (commission-based).
Not a “growth hacker.”
Not a jargon machine.
I’ve built a premium offer called Clarity Reports for leaders, public figures, and organizations in transition — before major decisions are made and before strategy is defined.
This is for moments when:
* the stakes are high
* the pressure is real
* the signal is blurred
* and the wrong move gets expensive
The work is real. The offer is defined. The pricing is real.
What I’m missing is someone who can open the right conversations and help close the right work.
This is not a mass-market product.
It’s not cheap.
It’s not easy.
It’s also not bullshit.
This is not an established category. That’s part of the challenge — and part of the opportunity.
Every report delivered so far has landed strongly with the person or team receiving it — from “it helped me think” to “it gave me the clarity I needed.” The issue is not whether the work lands. The issue is getting it in front of the right buyers.
Good fit if you’ve sold premium advisory, strategy, executive services, or other high-trust work.
But I’m not obsessed with the perfect background. If you don’t have the obvious profile but you know how to open serious conversations, earn trust quickly, and help close meaningful work, I’d still like to hear from you.
Not looking for someone who says “circle back,” “unlock synergies,” or “take it to the next level” and thinks that counts as commercial intelligence.
It’s commission-based because I’d rather pay for real movement than for the performance of movement.
LinkedIn forces a location on this post. It doesn’t matter. This is a remote role.
If this sounds like your kind of challenge, send me a message.
