About the role Role & Responsibilities Build a sell-out culture for the territory, appropriately setting depletion targets by customer and setting incentives via trade terms and trade investments that support this shift in focus. Visit the assigned cluster of Wholesalers customers in the territory based on call frequency established for the relevant customer category. Develop a deep knowledge of customer structure, policies, and selling methods. Analyze and recommend the best wholesaler options supporting RTC objectives based on company guidelines (segmentation criteria). Develop collaborative and positive relationships with key distributors. Drive category and brand educational programs for the WHS sales force leveraging Brand Ambassadors. Negotiate commercial agreements in line with Diageo Italia’s policies. Create value for both Diageo and customers through JBPs. Implement sell-out programs with Wholesalers (e.g., leaflets, sales incentives, distribution). Set clear sales targets, KPIs, and objectives. Key outcomes: MS GROWTH: Drive MS growth in assigned area. NSV Growth GM%: Lead customer P&L to optimize investments and growth. Customer Stock: Maintain optimal stock levels to avoid OOS and overstock. Credit Management: Ensure timely payments and adherence to credit policies. About you Requirements: Strong negotiation and communication skills. Good relationship-building skills, confident, transparent. Innovative thinking and team spirit. Strong organizational skills. Results-oriented and trustworthy. High analytical and problem-solving abilities. Flexible and adaptable to changing environments. Proficient in MS Office. Minimum 3-5 years of commercial experience in field sales, preferably in FMCG beverage industry. Proficient in Italian and English. Working with us Flexibility This is key to success in our business.
