Role overview
The Inside Sales & Sales Coordination Specialist plays a key role within the corporate sales team, driving revenue growth through direct sales activities and commercial coordination for the DACH Region.
This position is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing quotations, and advancing the sales process through to order confirmation.
The role also acts as a central point of coordination between corporate leadership, field sales, agents, and customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop sales opportunities through proactive outbound efforts, including outreach to existing distributors, former customers, and new prospects;
* Generate and qualify leads through calls, email campaigns, and follow-up activities to maintain a strong pipeline;
* Manage quotations, pricing proposals, and follow-ups to drive conversion;
* Support targeted activations with key end users in alignment with corporate strategy;
* Drive revenue through in-market locations of key accounts;
* Coordinate sales activities with field sales teams and the agent network;
* Act as a key internal point of contact across Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing;
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in Salesforce.com CRM (accounts, opportunities, pipeline);
* Track and report on sales activities and pipeline performance;
* Support customers during the active sales cycle with product and commercial information;
* Participate in selected sales meetings, customer visits, and trade shows.
Qualifications
* Fluent in German, English, and Italian;
* Post-secondary education preferred (e.g., university, business school, or technical diploma), or equivalent professional experience;
* At least 1–3 years of experience in sales, inside sales, or customer-facing roles;
* Experience in a B2B environment is a plus;
* Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft 365.
