Responsibilities
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the freight forwarding sector.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Understand customer requirements and propose suitable logistics solutions.
* Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape.
* Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field preferred.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
* Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
