* Drive sales and promotion of earthmoving equipment to achieve monthly and annual targets
* Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers for sales, marketing, and service support
* Work with the technical team to provide training to dealers and customers
* Maintain direct contact with key customers and major rental companies
* Report on market trends, channel development, sales, and customer feedback
Your profile
* Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related field
* 10+ years of experience in the construction equipment and earthmoving industry
* Fluent in both Italian and English
* Strong communication, coordination, market insight, and analytical skills
* Willing to travel throughout Italy and occasionally abroad
