The "Internship" Level is the main entry point into ELC, important to understand the work environment within a dynamic and multinational context, to get to know the world of beauty and to have a highly formative experience regardless of role and function. #ELC Marketing Tom Ford & Balmain Paris Tom Ford and Balmain Paris, leading brands in the luxury fragrance sector, are looking for a Marketing Intern to join the Marketing team, with a strong emphasis on data analysis and performance-driven decision making. This opportunity provides a comprehensive 360° view of marketing, with a particular focus on leveraging data to guide strategy and execution. The intern will work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders, including commercial teams, trade marketing, clients, and international partners, contributing to key strategic processes. Key Responsibilities
* Support Product Marketing in the implementation and optimization of launches, with a strong focus on forecasting, sell-in/sell-out analysis, and KPI tracking;
* Analyze product and launches performance, preparing regular reports and presentations to support data-driven decision making;
* Monitor competitors and identify market trends through the collection and interpretation of qualitative and quantitative data;
* Contribute to pricing analysis and margin evaluation;
* Support the operational execution of campaigns (POP materials, sampling, agent presentations), integrating analytical insights into execution;
* Collaborate with Trade Marketing to assess in-store performance and optimize Visual Merchandising and digital channels (tracking online KPIs, content verification, performance analysis);
* Direct management and relationship with Fashion Boutiques
Requirements
* Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret complex data;
* Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus;
* High level of accuracy, organization, and structured problem-solving approach;
* Degree in Marketing, Economics, or related fields;
* Fluency in English;
* Proactivity and ability to work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
