The Team
Within the WHS team, the Brand Sales team drives the commercial performance of the brand in the assigned markets. Working under the guidance of the Senior Brand Sales Manager, and in collaboration with Planning, Merchandising, and Market Operations, the team ensures seasonal targets are met, customer relationships are nurtured, and brand positioning is maintained throughout the wholesale network.
The Position
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for executing the brand’s sales strategy in your assigned market. You will manage the sell-in process, build client relationships, and provide key feedback on market trends. This role ensures commercial success while safeguarding the brand’s values and premium customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the seasonal sell-in process with assigned product divisions, ensuring alignment with divisional assortment and pricing strategy.
* Drive achievement of seasonal sales targets, account goals, and channel and brand specific KPIs
* Implement brand guidelines in product presentations and negotiations, ensuring premium and coherent customer experience
* Translate divisional GTM and product strategy into local sales action plans
* Follow Brand Manager guidance to ensure all local actions are aligned with the hub’s strategic priorities and market positioning
* Ensure account assortments reflect brand storytelling, divisional priorities and correct product mix
* Monitor sell-out performance, competitive dynamics, and consumer behavior in the assigned market; share actionable insights with the Brand Manager
* Support the Brand Manager in identifying whitespace opportunities and new business development
* Identify local risks; propose corrective actions when needed
* Develop and nurture strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement
* Lead regular account reviews, providing business updates and identifying growth levers
* Represent the brand during in-market visits, trade events, and seasonal presentations
* Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and service delivery
* Share best practices, tools, and customer feedback with peers across regions to enhance team performance
* Support onboarding, training, and coaching of junior sales team members, as applicable

Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Economics preferred
* 7+ years of sales experience in wholesale or B2B, preferably fashion
* Excellent client relationship and negotiation skills
* Strong commercial mindset and analytical ability
* Proficiency in Excel and CRM systems
* Fluent English; local language is a plus
