Position
We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of the bistrot, ensuring smooth service, efficient organization, and high operational standards.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the venue’s daily activities, coordinating the team, and supervising the overall guest experience.
Main Responsibilities
* Oversee the daily operations of the bistrot
* Coordinate and manage the floor and bar team
* Ensure high standards of service quality and customer care
* Organize staff schedules and daily operations
* Handle operational issues during service
* Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth operations
* Support staff onboarding and training
* Monitor stock levels, orders, and operational needs
* Ensure compliance with HACCP and workplace safety regulations
* Supervise opening and closing procedures, including cash handling
Requirements
* Previous experience in a Restaurant Manager role or similar hospitality
positions
* Strong team management and operational skills
* Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities
* Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure
* Strong customer-oriented approach
* Good knowledge of English
* Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
Working Period
From June to October.
