You are the first point of contact for our guests and ensure a warm and professional welcome
You handle check-in and check-out processes smoothly and efficiently
You manage reservations, guest inquiries, and daily correspondence
You collaborate closely with the service, housekeeping, events, and management teams to guarantee an excellent guest experience.
You ensure the lobby and front desk areas always run smoothly
You support administrative tasks and help with guest service and follow-up
What you bring
Experience in the hotel or hospitality sector
Strong organizational skills & the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
Very good German and Italian skills (English is a strong plus)
Friendly, communicative, and guest-oriented appearance
Motivation to take initiative and responsibility
