This role is an important part of our dynamic and high-performing global sales team, reporting directly to our Senior VP of Sales. The Sales Director will lead sales efforts for South Europe, responsible for engaging with clients and prospects, building pipelines, and achieving targets.
Areas of focus and impact:
1. Drive revenue growth through the sales of Promon's products, services, and solutions (both direct & indirect).
2. Deliver exceptional customer experiences that turn clients into advocates for our products.
3. Connect clients’ business objectives with Promon’s offerings and solutions.
Your background and experience:
1. Proven track record of consistent pipeline and revenue growth.
2. Knowledge of the assigned territory, including relevant industries, clients, and business partners.
3. Goal setting, time management, and a drive to succeed.
4. Integrity, humility, team orientation, a good sense of humor, and a performance-driven mindset.
5. Exceptional presentation skills for delivering executive-level and value-based presentations.
6. Fluent in English and one of the following: Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, or French.
