With a passionate international team and a global network of partners, our client places innovation at the core of their mission to offer customized solutions across diverse markets.RECRUITMENT CONTEXTTo support its continued growth in Italy, our client is seeking a Sales Manager in Milan. In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding the company's presence across Italy and connecting hotels to its innovative technology solutions.ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESAs a Sales Manager for the Italian market, you will be responsible for:Growing the Client Portfolio

Identify and prospect hotels and hotel chains across your area.Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers (General Managers, Revenue Managers).

Selling the Company's Solutions

Present and promote products such as the booking engine, channel manager, and analytics tools.Customize solutions to fit the unique needs of each client.Close deals and meet sales targets.

Collaborating with Internal Teams

Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to ensure client satisfaction.Gather client feedback to continuously improve and adapt the company's offerings.

Representing the Company at Industry Events

Attend key hospitality events and trade shows in Italy to increase visibility and expand the company's network.

PROFILE SOUGHT

Desired experience: 3+ years of B2B sales experience in a SaaS environment, ideally within the hospitality sector.Languages: Fluent in Italian and proficient in English.Sales Expertise: Skilled in managing complex sales cycles, with a strong ability to acquire and retain clients.Personal Qualities: Self-driven, results-oriented, and a natural relationship builder. Strong hunter mindset focused on customer acquisition.

SALARY AND BENEFITS

Salary: €40,000 fixed per year + 10% variable based on total sales generated.Additional benefits: to be discussed during the recruitment process.
