In this newly created position, you will drive growth through outbound outreach, generating new leads on today’s unexplored markets that you would have scouted. Part of your responsibilities will include daily interactions with key stakeholders to build your network, qualify leads, pitch products, and create solutions for your targeted audience. In this role you will directly report to the Fedrigoni Special Papers Marketing Director while working closely with the global RD team. /ph3The Main Responsibilities And Activities Will Be /h3ulliMarket identification : understand trends, general outlook, development opportunities, potential customers, and competitors' strategies; /liliNew product development : co‑develop in sync with the RD and Product Marketing teams the targeted solution; /liliNew lead generation : support the development of business related to newly identified solutions via trusted relationships with clients and business partners; /liliMarket penetration : in collaboration with the Marketing Department, prepare go‑to‑market material (like product promotion, sampling, participation in key industry events); /liliMarket monitoring : stay informed and track emerging markets, trends and opportunities, adopting a future‑forward mindset; /li /ulpFoster an Entrepreneurial Growth Culture : promote and maintain a culture of innovation and growth throughout the company and across all teams. /ph3The Attitudes And Skills We’re Looking For /h3ulliYou have a bachelor or master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or similar fields; /liliYou have at least 10 years’ experience in Product Marketing, Technical Customer Service or Business Development roles; /liliYou have experience in the technical paper industry; /liliYou are able to effectively communicate with key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements and operational decisions; /liliYou have a “Strive for excellence” approach with a concrete mindset; /liliYou have an entrepreneurial mindset and are strongly results‑oriented; /liliYou are fluent in English, Italian is a plus; /li /ulpYou are available to travel extensively to meet customers. /ph3What You Can Expect From Our Selection Process /h3pInterview with HRBP Sales Marketing, Marketing Director, RD Director, HR Director, Executive Vice‑President. /ppBased in /ppbEurope, with frequent travel to HQ and plants in Italy. /b /ppReady to start your new exciting journey with us?
