PstrongJapanese speaking Sales Manager/ Sales Representative /strong /ppstrongRef: MI46834 /strong /ppbr/ppA Japanese company is currently recruiting a Sales Manager/ Sales Representative to work in their Milan office. /ppIn this role, you will be responsible for wholesale of food and tenant development sales in Italy, along with management and operations as an assistant to directors in Japan. /ppThe ideal candidate should have experience in sales, management skills, and fluency in Japanese, English, and Italian. /ppUnderstanding of Japanese culture and some Japanese skill is essential. /ppbr/pp-------------------------------------- /ppstrongWORK TYPE: /strong office-based /ppstrongVISA SUPPORT: /strong Yes /ppstrongBENEFITS: /strong Food ticket, Company Car /pp-------------------------------------- /ppbr/ppstrongTYPE: /strongfull-time, permanent /ppstrongWORKING HOURS: /strong9:00 - 18:00, from Monday to Friday /ppstrongSALARY: /strong Sales Representative €30 – 40k, Sales Manager up to €60k (both positions including bonus) /ppstrongSTART: within 2025 /strong /ppstrongLOCATION: Milan, Italy /strong /ppbr/ppstrongMain Responsibilities: /strong /ppstrong<Sales Representative> /strong /ppstrong● /strong Wholesale and tenant development sales within Italy /pp● Market research, business strategy formulation, and proposal of ideas /pp● Preparation of sales reports /pp● Business trips within Italy and Japan as required /ppbr/ppstrong<Sales Manager (Department Head)> /strong /pp● Sales activities within Italy /pp● Comprehensive management support for the Italian subsidiary office, approximately 30 domestic tenants, and factories /pp● Financial management (fundraising, operations, preparing financial statements, financial analysis, budget vs. actual management, balance sheet and profit and loss management, /pp● cash flow management, preparing cash flow statements, achieving annual financial targets) /pp● Supporting labour and personnel management (recruitment, personnel affairs, payroll management, team building, development and management, employee performance evaluation, resignation procedures) /pp● Prevention and resolution of internal issues /pp● Goal setting, operational improvement, design and enhancement of business processes, subordinate development and management /pp● Market research, business strategy formulation, proposal of ideas /pp● Formulation, execution and analysis of company objectives, business strategy and key performance indicators (KPIs) /pp● Implementation and compliance with company policies /pp● Reporting company performance and results to the Board of Directors /pp● Business travel within Italy and Japan as required /pp● Support for resignation procedures /ppbr/ppstrongIdeal Candidate: /strong /ppstrong<Sales> /strong /ppstrong● /strong Experience in food industry sales preferred (candidates without sales or industry experience but demonstrating strong interest and enthusiasm are welcome) /pp● Excellent team management and communication skills /pp● Business-level proficiency in Japanese, English, and Italian /pp● Valid driving licence /ppbr/ppstrong<Sales Manager (Director)> /strong /pp● Essential: Practical experience in management support or managerial roles within Europe /pp● Practical experience in finance, human resources, labour management, and operational management /pp● Experience in the food industry is welcome (candidates without experience but with a strong interest and passion for the food industry are also encouraged to apply) /pp● Excellent team management and communication skills /pp● Proficiency in Japanese, English, and Italian at a business level /pp● Driving licence /ppbr/ppbr/ppstrongVisa support may be considered depending on experience. /strong /ppstrong*When contacting us, please include the job reference number (Ref: MI46834) at the top of your message. /strong /ppbr/ppstrongIf your application is successful, you will be contacted within two business days.
