Resina Partners is supporting a leading Italian engineering plastics compounder in the search for a Sales Manager. The company A compact, agile plant specialising in engineering plastics and custom compounds for injection moulding applications. The role: The role is part of a structured succession plan of 12-18 months, with the objective of gradually taking over responsibilities from a senior commercial colleague. The position includes a progressive onboarding and shadowing phase, alongside increasing autonomy in developing new business opportunities.
