European Sales Director Position
This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the presence of a global design-led brand in the European market. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the European sales landscape and be able to develop and execute a winning sales strategy.
Responsibilities:
* Sales Growth: Drive sales growth across key European markets, including Spain, Italy, UK, France, Germany, Belgium, and Greece.
* Team Management: Manage a small growing team of outside sales reps in Europe, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
* Sales Experience: 7+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in the outdoor furniture or home goods industry.
* Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and inspire a team.
* Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
