The Role
We are looking for a results-driven Open Market Sales Account, responsible for managing and developing relationships with key clients in the open market channel (e.g. Euronics, retail chains and distributors).
This role has a direct impact on sales performance and brand growth in Italy.
Key Responsibilities
* Direct management of retail and open market clients
* Driving revenue growth (sell-in / sell-out)
* Planning and executing promotional and commercial activities
* Monitoring KPIs and client performance
* Coordinating with Marketing, Retail, and GTM teams
* Analyzing market trends and competitors
Requirements
* 2–5 years of experience in sales roles (consumer electronics or retail)
* Proven experience in client management
* Strong negotiation skills
* Results-oriented mindset
* English proficiency (B2 level or higher)
