1、Responsible for customer relationship management in Milan, Italy, establishing and maintaining long-term partnerships with key clients.
2、Understand client needs and provide customized solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
3、Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of client requirements and achieve sales objectives.
4、Regularly visit and communicate with clients, providing feedback on market information and suggestions for product and service improvements.
5、Deliver revenue and customer retention target via customer value creation.
Job Requirements
1、Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
2、More than one year of relevant work experience, with a preference for experience in the Italian market.
3、Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients at various levels.
4、Familiarity with the sales process and ability to independently complete projects, with the ability to handle work pressure.
5、Fluent in both English and Italian, with a good understanding of Alibaba International business preferred.
