We are seeking a visionary Executive Pastry Chef to lead and elevate the pastry experience, crafting refined, innovative, and wellness-driven desserts for a discerning international clientele.
The Role
As Executive Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing world-class pastry and dessert offerings, ensuring every creation reflects the brand's commitment to luxury, wellness, and exceptional guest experience.
Key Requirements
Proven experience as an Executive Pastry Chef or Senior Pastry Chef in ultra-luxury resorts or 5-star international hotels
Expertise in modern pastry techniques, plated desserts, artisan baking, and chocolate work
Mandatory: Proficiency in at least one European language (French, Italian, Spanish, German, etc.)
Strong leadership with the ability to train, inspire, and manage multicultural teams
Exceptional eye for detail, aesthetics, and fine presentation
Preferred Profile
Experience in wellness-focused or health-conscious pastry concepts (vegan, gluten-free, low sugar)
Ability to create bespoke dessert menus tailored to high-net-worth international guests
Deep understanding of global luxury hospitality standards
Passion for innovation, storytelling through food, and elevated guest experiences
