You operate autonomously, close to the customer, and represent KOMPAN as the trusted commercial partner in the region. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liOwn and deliver annual revenue, margin and sales targets /li liDevelop and execute a regional sales strategy across France and Italy /li liIdentify and convert new business opportunities while growing existing accounts /li liBuild and maintain strong relationships with QSR franchisees and decision makers, and construction managers, architects and project managers /li liManage the full project sales cycle from first contact to closing and handover /li liLead pricing discussions and contract negotiations in line with company policies /li liProvide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management and reporting /li liAct as KOMPAN’s commercial ambassador within the territory /li /ul pThis is a highly autonomous role in which you plan your own agenda, customer visits and site inspections. /p h3Travel Location /h3 ul liThe role requires frequent travel (approximately 50–70%) across Southern France and Italy /li liThe position can be based anywhere within the territory or in a strategically well-connected European location (good access to airports and high speed rail is essential) /li liHome office is combined with regular customer and site visits /li /ul h3A Commercial Profile with Strong Customer Focus /h3 pYou are a commercially strong, relationship‑driven sales professional who enjoys working internationally and independently. /p h3We Expect You To /h3 ul liLive near a major airport in the South of France or Italy (Lyon, Marseille, Milan, Rome…) /li liHave proven field sales experience, ideally in project‑based or solution sales /li liBe comfortable managing longer sales cycles with multiple stakeholders /li liBe fluent in French, Italian and English (additional languages are a plus) /li liBe a confident storyteller and negotiator /li liWork in a structured and disciplined way with strong time‑management skills /li liBe comfortable using Microsoft Office and adapting to design and ERP systems /li liEnjoy travelling and working across cultures /li liBring a positive, proactive and persistent sales mindset /li liAre willing and able to travel 50% of the time /li /ul pFull product, market and solution training will be provided. /p pKOMPAN is an equal opportunity employer and encourages all to apply. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
